About this Event

Welcome to The Little Goals Collective100 Days Of Movement Challenge! Each Day from September 1st to December 9 th we will be moving our bodies for 30 minutes in a way the feels good to us. It doesn't matter what you do as long as its for you. Walking, running, yoga, Barry's, Peloton, pilates, square dancing, dodgeball...you get the picture. What's important is that you are carving that time out for self. You can do it all at once or you can break it up during the day.

Each week a winner will be drawn for the weekly prize of a gift card or their choice. To qualify you need to have completed the past 7 days of movement. There will be a grand prize winner at the end of the 100 days who will win the big prize!

To be the grand prize winner you don't need to have completed all 100 days. I'm looking for consistency over perfection. Life happens. You get sick. There's a family emergency. As long as you are showing consistency and getting back up when you get knocked down you are eligible.

Each day of the challenge you will need to submit your movement to me stating what you did and for how long. I prefer a picture that includes what you did with either a grab of your watch or Strava. You can post these to your Instagram and tag @thelittlegoals.collective, post in our private Facebook group or DM it to me.

The only type of movement that doesn't count is work or chores. If you are a fitness instructor you need to submit your own movement not a class. If you do physical labour for work I need to see that you went for a walk after work or something similar. The last thing that doesn't count is chores and yard work. I know these are all things that wrack up steps and are physical but it can't be a chore. No lawn mowing a giant yard or shoveling your driveway submissions.

This challenge is open to everyone in Canada so get your friends, family and coworkers involved. This makes a great office or club challenge. Along the way we will have some FUN in person meet ups and activities. These will all be held in Calgary.
