Mark Greenwood and Frané Lessac bring history to life in Ned Kelly and the Green Sash. His bushranger antics and armoured suit are the things that spring to mind when thinking of Ned Kelly, but Mark and Frané have enlightened us to the bravery he displayed as a young boy and what influenced him as he grew up to become Australia’s most notorious bushranger.
