The Listening Table Presents NOIR: An All-Black Dinner Party

Candlelit all-black dining pairs a four-course meal with a live reading of *From Scratch*, bringing the story to the table.
About this Event

NOIR is an intimate, in-person all-black dinner party for the general public in Broad Ripple.

A story around the table

The Listening Tribe invites you to an evening inspired by Tembi Locke’s From Scratch, taking you to Italy through food, music, visuals, and a live reading woven throughout the evening. No need to read the book beforehand—Shawna brings the story to you.

Dining and conversation

Enjoy a four-course dinner with wine pairings by candlelight, with conversation sparked by the story. Wear your favorite all-black outfit and join us for date night, girls’ night, or a night out on your own.

Reservations close seven days before the event. The exact address is provided after registration.
