A Talk by Dr Erik Grigg, Senior Lecturer in History, Bishop Grosseteste University
Dr Erik Grigg has spent many years researching the Lincolnshire Home Guard and has delivered engaging talks on the subject across the county. He has also recently published an article on Women in the Lincolnshire Home Guard.
In this talk, Dr Grigg will explore:
- Who the Home Guard members were
- How they were armed
- How the force evolved over time
