The Lifted Spiritss Circle

Somatic Saturdays is taking a turn, and it's heading OUTSIDE to nature now that it's getting warm!! To those who have joined and to those interested, I made the month of May for us nature lovers and those needed an extra reconnect with themselves, nature and community!!

Saturday May 30th is a SOMATIC day in NATURE and free for all to attend!

I've reserved Devil's Elbow 2 Pavillion in North Park in accordance with Parks n Recs to bring this gathering together so hope to see you there free flow between 10am-5pm.

This will be a come as you please type of gathering where you are welcome to hang under the pavilion, explore the trails, walk around the lake etc (your belongings are your responsibility) and encouraged to just BE and enjoy nature and others around you.

There will be no set schedule or tickets for offerings like yoga, sound bathing and meditation, but you'll be sure to find me offering them all throughout the day (feel free to request when you arrive and we'll discuss!)

It is encouraged to bring your own beverages and snacks, and if you forget to, there is a gas station right down the road less than half a mile

Bring your yoga mats, blankets, hiking shoes, paddleboards or kayaks or WHATEVER you'll need for a day of fun!!

Donations are welcomed to help cover the rental fee and offerings <3
