Do you ever wish you could magically whoosh yourself back to the 80s, and feel the same motivation, adventure and camaraderie you got from your scout troop? While we (sadly) don’t have a KVC Time Machine, we do have a really fun January well-being challenge. Welcome to The Level Up League, where you will work through the new month to earn your Baddie Badges. This challenge can be done from nearby, or far away. Solo, or with a group of friends.
You can work to earn 1 badge, 8 badges, or all 15…you name it. Any way you slice it, you’ll be surrounded by great vibes and encouraging mojo.
The challenge is $99, or $179 if you sign up with a friend, or $249 for a crew of 3. High school aged kids are free with an adult.
When you sign up for the challenge you will get:
👉access to a private Facebook group
👉access to an online tracking sheet
👉a full color paper tracking sheet
👉access to 4 Saturday group challenge workouts
👉a quickie goal planning session with Amy (text, in person, or zoom)
👉a halfway group zoom check in
👉an awards brunch in 1/31 at KVC, where you’ll proudly receive your Baddie Badges.
