Lemon Sessions blend live music, dance and spoken word with massive art projections to create one-of-a-kind, immersive experiences. Devised by Washington visual and performing artists working together, they are a feast for the senses served up as a vibrant mix of sight, sound, and creativity.In a time where legislation and violence against the LGBTQIA+ community is on the rise, “As Old As The Sky” will highlight the expansive experiences of queer people, across time and space, celebrating resilience and resistance through diverse art forms – from ballroom and vogue, to poetry, modern dance, projected art and photography, as well as a marching band!
