The Legendary Easter Eggstravaganza Trail is back at Rowntree Park
Join us on Wednesday 1 April for some Easter fun in the park.
This is a relaxed, family friendly event where children explore the park to search for hidden clues and help the Easter Bunny solve a mystery. Once the trail is complete, they can return to find the Bunny and receive a small reward for all their hard work.
It’s always a really popular event and a lovely way to spend time together outdoors, enjoying nature and the park. It’s not big or flashy, just a gentle, community focused event with a really nice feel. Feel free to bring a picnic and make a day of it. We usually have home baked cakes and treats for sale too.
How it works
Children collect a trail sheet and follow the clues around the park. We recommend booking in advance to avoid queues. You book a time slot and collect your sheet from the pre booked table under the café.
Session start times are staggered every 15 minutes from 10am - book your starting time slot.
Good to know
This event is run entirely by volunteers. Any profit made goes straight back into helping maintain and improve Rowntree Park for everyone.
Tickets
£3 per child for Friends of Rowntree Park members
£4 per child for non members
Each child taking part needs a ticket. Accompanying adults do not.
