🎮 **Format:**
- True Double Elimination
- Handicapped: R5 (Winner's Side) / R4 (Loser's Side) – **Hot Fargo Handicap**
- **Robustness Requirement:** Fargo robustness must be **250 or higher**. If not, a Fargo rating will be assigned based on skill evaluation at the **Tournament Director's discretion**. Minimum ratings: **550 for men, 450 for ladies.**
- **BCA Rules:**
- Cue Ball Foul Only (with exceptions)
- 9-Ball on the Break Wins the Game (see special rule below)
- Winner Breaks
- 3-Foul Rule in Effect
**Special Rules for Rack-Your-Own:**
- 9-ball **does not count** in the bottom two corner pockets on the break.
- The **2-ball** must be racked closest to the foot rail.
