Join us as we honor the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through powerful storytelling and music.🎤 Featuring Arthur Broady & Daphne Jackson
Arthur Broady transports audiences to the 1963 March on Washington with The Dream We Almost Never Heard, revealing the remarkable true story behind Dr. King’s iconic “I Have a Dream” speech—and how close the world came to never hearing it. The program then turns to the challenges surrounding Dr. King’s 1964 Nobel Peace Prize Acceptance Speech, delivered during one of the most violent and pivotal years of the Civil Rights Movement.
🎶 Music by Daphne Jackson
Daphne Jackson will lift the room with gospel and patriotic selections honoring Dr. King, his vision, and the country he gave his life for.
