The Leadership Forum

The Leadership Forum, established by Gov. Jeb Bush during his administration, brought together an extraordinary lineup of influential thinkers and practitioners from across the nation. Prominent CEOs, bestselling authors, former U.S. presidents, and Supreme Court justices were invited to engage directly with the governor’s office staff, legislative leaders and their teams, as well as agency heads and personnel. Through candid discussions and forward-looking presentations, these distinguished speakers shared valuable insights, real-world experiences, and innovative approaches to leadership. The forum served as a dynamic platform for inspiration and learning, encouraging participants to challenge conventional thinking, embrace bold ideas, and pursue meaningful, disruptive change. Now, 20 years since the last Leadership Forum, the goal remains: to inform and elevate how we think about leadership.
