Our next Leadership Connection lunch event is scheduled for May 15th at St Philips Chambers in the heart of the City.

This event is a great opportunity to network with fellow leaders and professionals in a relaxed setting. Enjoy a lunch while engaging in insightful conversations about leadership, business, and more.

The keynote speaker will focus on Business Growth and Scale-up and will be delivered by the highly experienced and inspirational Mark Petty.

Mark is currently a Non-Executive Director for three organisations but really established a reputation as the Chief Growth Officer at Littlefish, an IT managed service provider based in Nottingham. After joining as Sales & Marketing Director and co-owner in January 2017, he was instrumental in driving the company's growth from £6 million to £54 million in a little over six years, attracting significant PE investment from LDC and Bowmark Capital.

Before Littlefish, Mark served on the UK board of NextiraOne and Sales Director for IT Outsourcing at Dimension Data (Now NTT). An award-winning Director, Mark has been recognised on many occasions including as the Institute of Directors' Director of the Year for SMEs in 2013.

Your hosts for the day are Nicola Morris and Oliver Martin, Directors of PeopleRe and Mark Tonks, Director from Orange and Blue UK who between them have almost 60 years of practical experience in all things people and performance.

As well as the fabulous speakers and networking opportunities you will be served a cold buffet lunch and refreshments.
