The LEAD Conference: Leadership in ECE Settings
About this Event
Great early childhood programs begin with professionals who feel supported, informed, and connected.
Join Action for Children on Saturday, October 10 for the 2026 L.E.A.D. Conference, a day of professional learning, meaningful conversations, and connection created for Central Ohio's early childhood community.
Learn. Engage. Act. Develop.
Throughout the day, you'll have opportunities to explore new ideas, learn practical strategies, connect with fellow early childhood professionals, and leave with resources you can put into action.
Whether you work directly with children, lead a program, support families, or strengthen the early childhood system, there's a place for you at LEAD.
