The Lavender House 20th Anniversary Open House
Come celebrate 20 years of The Lavender House with us at our Annual Open House!
We’re bringing our community together for a day of 20+ local vendors, complimentary creative workshops, flowers, coffee, homemade treats and more.
20+ Local Vendors
Shop from more than 20 local vendors featuring a variety of handmade products, art and other unique finds.
We’re looking for local artists and makers creating beautiful, sellable products to be part of the day, so you can expect a great mix of local talent and products to discover.
As part of our 20th Anniversary celebration, vendor table fees will be donated to charity.
Complimentary Workshops
This year, we’re offering our creative workshops completely free as part of our 20th Anniversary Open House.
Watercolour Workshop
Learn some simple watercolour techniques and spend some time creating something of your own.
Fancy Lettering Workshop
Practice fancy lettering and then use what you learn to create a handmade card.
No pre-booking is required for these complimentary workshops.
Build Your Own Bouquet Workshop
Want to make your own bouquet?
Our Flower Cart Hand-Tied Bouquet Workshop lets you choose your own flowers from the Flower Cart in the attic and create your own hand-tied bouquet.
The workshop has a $50 value, and for our 20th Anniversary, we’re taking $20 off, making it $30.
Pre-booking is required for the bouquet workshop.
There are currently seatings at:
- 11:00 AM
- 1:00 PM
Additional 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM seatings may be added if the earlier sessions sell out.
Each seating has space for 8 people.
Once your bouquet is finished, we’ll wrap it for you to take home. We also suggest taking it over to the mural for a photo.
A Flower for the First 100 Guests
The first 100 guests will receive an individually wrapped flower stem.
It’s our way of sharing a little bit of The Lavender House with you as we celebrate 20 years in business.
Coffee, Cookies & Treats
As always, we’ll have homemade cookies, lattes, hot chocolate and coffee available during the Open House.
We’ll also have some special treats, including cupcakes and other snacks.
