Our mission is to help educators, busy professionals, and students overcome burnout and stress, and rise into harmony, health, and freedom.

Roshawn provides customized wellness solutions including:

• Schools – Wellness workshops, assemblies, and professional development focused on Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
• Corporate – Workplace wellness programs and professional development to support employee health and productivity
• 1:1 Clients – Functional lab testing and personalized root-cause wellness plans (D.R.E.S.S. methodology) designed for stress and burnout recovery

Whether you’re feeling daily stress, deep burnout, or simply seeking tools for resilience, this event is designed to meet you where you are and help you rise stronger.
