Mid-Winter Intensive
January 5-9, 2026
Forge body and spirit in the New Year with a week of intensive winter training. In addition to our regular class schedule, we will have additional M-F morning class sessions with aikido and a brief zazen meditation period from 7-8 am. Saturday's class will end with a celebratory O'soji cleaning and pancake brunch.
