• A meditative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and ambient frequencies
• Seasonally aligned reflections inspired by the moon, astrology, or the spirit of the month

We close each session with a small parting gift to support your self-care: always seasonal, intentional, and meant to carry the energy of the evening home with you.
