The Last Man standing Deadlift Competition

Get ready for an exciting day of strength, community, and competition at our Co-Ed Deadlift Showdown! This unsanctioned meet brings together lifters of all experience levels for a fun and supportive environment centered around one of the most iconic lifts in strength sports—the deadlift.

Unlike a traditional powerlifting meet, this competition will follow a rising weight format. The bar weight will increase each round for all competitors, and lifters must successfully complete the lift in order to move on to the next round. As the weight climbs, the field will narrow until the final lifters remain battling for the top spot. The starting weight and weight increases will be announced two weeks before the event so competitors have time to prepare.

Whether you’re a seasoned powerlifter or stepping onto the platform for the first time, this event is all about challenging yourself, hitting big lifts, and supporting others in the strength community.

Spectators are encouraged to come watch, cheer on the lifters, and enjoy the energy of the platform. In addition to the competition, we’ll have local vendors from the fitness, nutrition, and wellness community, along with food trucks and giveaways to make it a full community experience.

This event is unsanctioned and open to the public, making it a great opportunity for lifters who want a welcoming and exciting competition environment without federation requirements.
