The Last Goodnight – Premiere Screening & Pancreatic Cancer Fundraiser
Join us for the premiere of The Last Goodnight, an intimate and emotionally powerful short film written and directed by Rhode Island filmmaker Rob Levinson.
We are honored to welcome two exceptionally talented performers to The Last Goodnight. René Zara, a Boston native of Filipino heritage, stars as Olivia. A lifelong stage actor and musician, René's impressive credits include Forever (Netflix), Law & Order (NBC), Gossip Girl (Max), and Shattered Ice, alongside Charlie Gillespie and Matt Letscher. She also wrote and produced the award-winning Mrs. Osbourne and is an accomplished vocalist, songwriter, and score composer whose work includes Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. She will also appear in an upcoming Amazon project with Will Ferrell.
Starring opposite René as Mark is Ian Lyons, whose film and television credits include Shattered Ice, TOX, Imposters, Widow's Bay, Super Troopers 3, and The Walking Dead: Dead City, among numerous other productions. Together, René and Ian deliver deeply moving performances that bring the emotional heart of The Last Goodnight to life.
Set over the course of a single night, The Last Goodnight follows Mark and Olivia, a devoted couple facing the unimaginable as they spend one final night together after Mark's terminal cancer diagnosis. Their story is one of love, courage, sacrifice, and the extraordinary strength found in life's most difficult moments.

100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to pancreatic cancer research, helping to fund groundbreaking work toward earlier detection, more effective treatments, and ultimately a cure.
