The Landlord Roundtable
About this Event
Every landlord knows the cost of an empty unit. Many also know the frustration of placement programs that fill a unit and then disappear, leaving the owner to manage everything alone.
The Landlord Roundtable is a different conversation. Kansas City Housing Gateway places residents into private rental housing with a full support team behind every tenant. That team includes dedicated case managers, an outreach team, and financial backing before, during, and after placement.
This exclusive event is built for owners. You will hear directly from program leadership and from a fellow landlord about how the model works, what it means for your bottom line, and how your units are protected. Then you will have the floor to ask the questions that matter to you.
What You Will Learn
- How Housing Gateway fills hard-to-lease units with prepared, supported tenants
- What financial support is available at every stage of the lease
- How damage protection works and what is covered
- Who is accountable for what, and who you call when you need something
- How to join the Landlord Network and get priority access to placements
Who Should Attend
This Roundtable is designed for property owners, landlords, developers, and property managers with rental units in Kansas City. Owners with current vacancies or units that have been difficult to lease will benefit most.
Seating Is Limited
The Roundtable is capped at 60 property owners so every attendee has the chance to ask questions and connect with the team. Once seats are filled, registrants will be added to the waitlist and receive first notice of the next Roundtable.
