The Lakehouse: Dementia Family CircleCaring for a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or cognitive changes can be a journey filled with questions, challenges, and emotions. You do not have to navigate it alone.
Join us for The Lakehouse: Dementia Family Circle, a monthly support group designed to provide education, encouragement, resources, and meaningful connection for caregivers, families, and community members walking the dementia journey.
Together, we will gather in a welcoming and supportive environment to share experiences, learn practical caregiving strategies, discuss challenges, and connect with others who understand the realities of supporting someone living with dementia.
What You Can Expect:
• Judgment-free support and encouragement
• Dementia education and guidance
• Behavioral and communication strategies
• Community resources and referrals
• Meaningful conversation and connection
• Open to families, caregivers, residents, and community members
The group is facilitated by Tiffany Clements, C.D.S., a CARES Dementia Specialist and Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist with Home-Aid Caregivers. Tiffany is one of only 34 CARES Dementia Specialists in Texas and is passionate about helping individuals and families better understand dementia while providing practical tools, education, and compassionate support.
Whether your loved one has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia, you are noticing changes in memory, behavior, or thinking, or you simply want to learn more about dementia care, you are welcome here.
