Join us for the first inangural Farm to Table Fundraiser Dinner presented by The Lab School of Memphis and Gnarled Oak Farm. The night will celebrate the beauty of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the art of wholesome cooking and highlight a unique collaboration supporting innovative outdoor learning! Dinner will feature Nine One One Barbeque Shack from Chicago, IL and Gnarled Oak Farm pasture-raised pork and beef.
Throughout the evening you will have the opportunity to take a tour of the farm, bid on a variety of silent auction items and purchase unique goods created by the learners of The Lab School of Memphis. There will also be kid friendly entertaimment and activities!

About The Lab School
The Lab School is an innovative microschool located in the heart of Memphis, Tennessee serving learners ages 4 - 13 (K - 8th grade).
We are guided by the belief that education is a tool to fuel and support our community. We strive to create a customized learning environment that centers and affirms learner identity, strengths, and interests in hopes that young people will know themselves, see their own potential and are equpiped to live a meaninful, fulfilled life of their choosing.
At The Lab School we use a variety of strategies to meet the needs of a diverse learning community. This includes inquiry-based instruction, online learning platforms, hands-on projects and a weekly forest school day that allow young people to master concepts on their own timeline through an interdisciplinary and appropriately challenging curriculum.

About Gnarled Oak Farm
Gnarled Oak is a small farm in the Mississippi Hill country. We raise cows, sheep turkeys, chickens, bees, and pigs on pasture and work hard to do it in a way that enhances clean water, wildlife, and ecosystem health.
At Gnarled Oak, we believe in diversity. And soil health. And that ecosystem health is directly linked to human health. Our mission is to foster a system that improves the environment while providing food and other regenerative products to a growing community.
