We are delighted to invite you to the 5th annual Hockey Festival. We are again hosting this event at the school playing fields on Garton End Road. There is plenty of parking for all players & supporters. The festival is open to players of all ability and any member of "The King's Family". This includes staff past & present, students past & present, parents of students or players who are offspring of past students! Let us know if you need to borrow a stick and/or shin pads.Teams are mixed 7 a-side with squads of up to 10 players. If you don't have team, we can do this for you! It's £12 per player for the day. Those who have their playing tops from last year will be in the same team colours again this year. Those new to the festival will be asked for a further £14 to cover the cost of your team shirt. You will be asked for shirt size on ordering. There will be refreshments for sale during the break for lunch.
There will be a presentation of awards at the end of the afternoon including The John Day Shield to the winners. We will need to know teams & number of tops to order by Friday 22nd May.

Additionally, you may have heard that Alison Amps is retiring at the end of the summer term. On the same day it is our plan to host an event event (party) at school to celebrate Ali's enormous contribution to Kings. If you are interested in joining us for the evening please fill out the next form -
