About this Event
Join us for a fun and inspiring 6-week kids yoga journey at The Kids Hub!
Designed for children aged 5 to 12, these joyful classes blend yoga, movement, and mindfulness to help your child build strength, balance, and focus while having a great time. Each FREE session includes playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, and calming relaxation techniques all within a safe and inclusive space created just for kids.
Classes run every Thursday after school for six weeks, perfect for winding down the day with energy and calm. Let your child discover the magic of mindful movement and make new friends along the way!
This in-person event will take place at the Kids Hub on 1 Watertank Way, Midland WA 6056.
Crèche services may be available by registration only. Please specify the number of children and their ages when registering.
