The Kate Burkart Band is a true Americana blend of rock, twang, and lyrics with powerful stories to tell. Playing a mix of well-crafted originals and favorite covers, the band includes Kate (bass, vocals), Nancy Lake (guitar, vocals), Steve Pearson (drums, vocals), and Jamie Duncan (lead guitar). Most often compared to Lucinda Williams, Kate has been more recently described as "Neil Young with a dash of Karen Carpenter”…
Kate released “Faith To Fall”, her debut album, in 2010, the EP “Save Me a Seat” in 2015, and several singles since - her brand new EP will be available at this show!
Sailing goat is the newest addition to a farm to table restaurant experience in a fabulous outdoor setting! A bayside escape to nourish the body and feed the soul offering coastal cuisine with seasonal plates, local beer and wine to the sounds of live music!!!
