An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations and evidence to uncover the truth and determine the accused's fate. How long does it last, and where is it located? About one hour, indoors, at Saint Luke's & The Winged Ox, 17 Bain Street, Calton, Glasgow, G40 2JZ. Can I purchase food or drinks on site? Yes, at the on-site bar and restaurant, The Winged Ox — food needs to be enjoyed pre or post-show, as it isn't allowed inside the theatre space. How do I vote? You'll be handed a paddle. When instructed by the Judge, raise it to submit your vote for the option offered. Is there sensitive content I should be aware of? Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes like crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense emotional conflict. Are seats numbered, and will there be strobe lights? Seating is unassigned, grouped by the zone you purchase. No strobe lights. About your tickets Are tickets available at the entrance? No, only through the Fever app or website. Can I make a group booking? Yes, select a group ticket on the event page when booking. For private or larger group sessions, contact us for details. Can I transfer my tickets, or where do I find them? Yes, transfer for free via "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app, including your order number. Your ticket and QR code live in the app's "Tickets" section and your confirmation email. Can I change my date or get a refund? You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't available under any circumstances; a Flexible Cancellation add-on offers an alternative policy if purchased (cancel up to 48 hours before, non-refundable if the ticket is transferred). Can I get a ticket for a carer? Yes, one free Carer/Support Worker pass. In the Wheelchair Accessible zone, just arrive with your carer to be seated together. For Zone A/B/C, apply for a free carer ticket before purchasing, by contacting us with proof — it must be bought alongside at least one full-price ticket, and both are shown at entry. Access & venue Is the venue accessible? Yes. St Luke's has a lift into the main venue space, an accessible toilet, and reserved seating for wheelchair users, with a complimentary companion ticket on request. Note: no hearing loop, and the upstairs balcony is stairs-only. When should I arrive, and what if I'm late? Doors open 30 minutes before start and close 5 minutes prior. Late entry isn't permitted, out of respect for performers and other guests. Is parking available, and are service animals allowed? No dedicated on-site car park, but Bain Street Car Park and several pay-and-display options are a short walk away. Service animals are welcome; other pets aren't allowed. Can I bring outside food/drink, or smoke/vape? No outside food or drink is permitted, and no smoking or vaping inside the venue. Can I use my phone, or leave during the show? Your phone must stay on silent; photos/video only during the curtain call, without flash. We recommend staying seated throughout, but speak to staff if you need to step out.
