About this Event
The Joy Project is a free community event created by Kerlie Merizier, a photographer and mental health counselor, designed to bring together creativity, wellness, and community care in an uplifting and accessible way.
Join us on June 20th for an afternoon filled with portrait sessions, creative activities, wellness resources, music, community connection, and opportunities for youth and families to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Guests will also have the opportunity to create their own coping toolbox with sensory and self-care items to take home.
The Joy Project was created with the intention of creating safe and welcoming spaces where people can pause, connect, express themselves, and experience moments of joy and care within their community.
This event is completely free and open to the community. Registration is strongly encouraged to help us ensure we have enough supplies and materials for all attendees.
