Yoga Theatre is a unique practice that brings together yoga and theatrical acting as a path of integration.
Through embodied movement, voice, and conscious presence, participants explore fundamental principles of Samkhya philosophy—creation, preservation, and dissolution—experienced directly within the body.
This session offers a thoughtful and experiential approach to understanding the relationship between the individual (microcosm) and the universe (macrocosm), using the language of theatre as a tool for awareness and expression.
No prior experience in yoga or theatre is required.
An open invitation to engage, observe, and experience practice in a different way.
