Through years of guiding inner work and psycho-spiritual healing, I’ve witnessed the tender power of inner child work to open hearts, dissolve old pain, and restore self-love. This meditation invites participants into a gentle reconnection with their innocence, creating space for release, compassion, and deeper peace within.This offering has been shared in Bali and beyond, in both private sessions and group settings, over the past five years.

About Dina 💖:
Driven by the question "Who am I" Dina started her journey of self-realisation which can also be understood as the human journey of liberating oneself. Dina attained, in Düsseldorf her Bachelor Degree in Social Science. Her path led her to Egypt where she studied “Bioenergetics” and “Psycho-spiritual Integration” with Daoist Master and Founder of Light Mandalas. In search of the essence of her being she studied how to unlearn behaviours and rewrite the conditioned mind, combining different techniques like “Subliminal Hypnosis Therapy”, “Emotional Freedom Technique”. Dina has also completed a RYT 200h Yoga Teacher Training.
