Have you ever wanted to learn meditation but have hesitated for one reason or another? Have you tried meditating with Apps or videos and are thinking this could be more? Do you know how to meditate, but your practice has faded or needs recharging?
Come join us for this mini meditation retreat in three sessions. You will receive clear instruction on how to meditate correctly for a lifelong practice of meditation. We will learn to improve our technique and understanding of meditation. And we will also learn about the joys and meaning of meditation, where it can take you and how it can completely change your relationship with people and your world.
Everyone can meditate, even those who say they can’t. In the chaos of our modern world, we all need meditation.
