The Journey Within is a mini-retreat full of fun, learning and yoga practice. This event is designed like a yoga festival with workshop sessions, instructional yoga practices, guided meditation, walks in nature and time for self-reflection and sharing. We will have some wonderful vendors with lots of goodies. This day is all about self-care, yoga, mindfulness and raising your vibrational frequency. You will walk away with tools to help you renew and restore peace, joy and balance to your life. The Journey Within is open to everyone. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this is an event you won’t want to miss. This day helps us re-establish the foundational meaning of yoga – to unite. And we do that in a community of like-minded souls openly sharing the gifts of Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness and Meditation with all. Please join us and experience what it means to “live yoga.”
