The Journey Within is an exploration of introspective sensations.
This training is an inclusive exploration for both teachers and students alike. We will explore into the felt senses of our body and mind using intelligent techniques and innovative ideas that will enhance your experience of yin, movement, and breath. We will play with safe and sustainable movement, freeing up our lymphatic system, create space and strength for our joints and fascia, and we will weave in storytelling and myth in magical ways.
Yintelligence is an evolution of curiosity from the static shapes of yin combined with ecstatic movement and mobility therapy. It’s about making more accessible and inclusive classes, to weave poetry with movement, and surrender into a deeper experience beyond words and labels, beyond shapes into shapelessness, beyond the aesthetic and more into the experiential and imaginal. The shapes are vessels for a deeper inner experience, and Yintelligence encourages everyone to explore this journey within for a more sustainable practice and a deeper understanding of the human body.
What you will learn through this training is how to practice and share Yintelligence in your own creative ways. It will deepen your awareness of the body, and you will be given the tools on how to share this in your own classes as well.
