✨️The Journey Within✨️ is a 200-hour yoga teacher training designed to guide you back to yourself. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation and energy work, this immersive experience invites deep self-inquiry, embodied learning, and authentic expression. Whether you feel called to teach or simply deepen your personal practice, this journey is about remembering who you are—at your core.
*Training sessions are 2 weekends per month and 2 Tuesday nights per month from May 30, 2026- October 4, 2026.
*Meet Your Teacher:
Laura Gotlin is a 500hr E-RYT, YACEP, 200hr RYS, certified in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Ayurvedic Sleep Practices, Reiki Master/ Teacher, Sound Healing Facilitator, IIN Health & Wellness Coach and a Forest Bathing Guide.
With 20+ years of practice and 10+ years of teaching, yoga has been Laura's anchor and path.
It would be a true honor for her to guide you in this Yoga Teacher Training and share the wisdom that has shaped her journey.
