Whether you are dipping a toe in perimenopause, in the deep end of menopause, or on the other side, you are welcome to this FREE group.
This June, Dr Talita de Jager joins us to share her wisdom about women's intimate health.
Born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa, Dr. Talita de Jager attended the University of Pretoria, where she completed her medical degree. A family physician with a passion for sexual health and regenerative medicine, Dr. de Jager brings a unique blend of medical expertise and personalized care to every patient interaction. With 16 years of experience under her belt, she has developed a reputation for her compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
Dr. de Jager will touch on what changes in our bodies, what we can do, what’s normal, what’s not normal, the hidden symptoms, treatments, and long-term health.
The Journey Through Menopause is a monthly women’s community at Balance Wellness, created to support, educate, and connect women at every stage of this transition. We’ll gather one Monday each month at 5:30 PM to share experiences, learn together, and build supportive connections in a welcoming, judgment-free space, which includes knowledgeable professionals such as Kelly Langford from Pause Labs.
In addition to our free monthly meet-up, there will be optional workshops, guest speakers, and special events offered throughout the month. (Some may include a small fee.)
