** Announcement **Good afternoon all,
I am delighted to announce the first ever Jimmy Lunness Open will take place on Friday 3rd October, 2025, the night before the Andover Open begins.
Whilst the Andover Open attracts huge numbers, it's not lost on myself or Steve at the Wolversdene that we have an opportunity to do something big across the weeekend.
Jimmy Lunness was a huge advocate for Andover Pool, helping to promote the game and offer a platform for players to develop their game.
The Jimmy Lunness Open will be open to anyone of 'D' Standard or below. If you are unsure of your level, reach out to myself or Shaun Stoodley who will confirm if you qualify.
The Jimmy Lunness Open will be played across 10 tables, capped at 32 entries. Not only that, but we are guaranteeing a total prize fund of £1000 to this competition, along with the first ever winner of the Jimmy Lunness Trophy.
