The Lewisville Police Foundation is proud to present the first annual Jay Powell Memorial Car Show honoring our late Assistant Chief. This is a great fundraising opportunity for the Foundation, and we look forward to many car and truck entries, as well as visitors to make this a success. There will also be great food and a Trunk or Treat by the P.T.A.!!
