The Jason Show - Breast Cancer Audience Takeover Show 2024

The Jason Show is recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness Month and celebrating with Breast Cancer Survivors/Thrivers taking over the audience on Monday, September 30.

A ll Breast Cancer survivors and those affected in the audience will receive a free t-shirt.

All proceeds from each shirt sold will help alleviate some financial burdens associated with Breast Cancer treatment.

We are asking only Breast Cancer Survivors and those affected by it to sign up for this special show.

There is only a maximum of 40 audience members. Once we've reached capacity, no additional audience members will be able to sign up.

All audience members must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required.

If you or any of the people in your party are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite as soon as you are able. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can fill those spots in the audience.

Feeling sick? If you feel unwell or have the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, please stay home. We’d be happy to reschedule you back into our audience at a future date.

1. Studio Location

The Jason Show studio is located in the KMSP/WFTC Broadcast Center:

11358 Viking Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344

NEW! As of Tue 6/11/24: Gated parking lot opens at 8:45AM. Please follow the signs for “Visitor” Parking. If you need a handicapped spot, please drive up to the main gate and call the Security Guard to inform them that you are an audience member of The Jason Show and will need to park in a handicapped parking spot (as long as you have your handicapped parking credentials)

2. DRESS with a PINK SHIRT!

All Audience members will receive a Jason Show Breast Cancer shirt. With your registration, please register with the size shirt you would like. All shirts are "unisex" t-shirt sizes.

The Jason Show Staff wil check you in and you will have time to change your shirt.

3. What to Expect When You Arrive:

Please do NOT arrive prior to 8:30am. There’s plenty of coffee shops around the area and the Eden Prairie Mall around the corner.

8:30AM:

Gated parking lot open to The Jason Show Audience. Please follow the signs for visitor parking. See below picture for details.

8:30AM-9:30AM:

Main Visitor Entrance Doors Open at 8:30am.

• Check in at the guard desk and bring your EventBrite ticket
• Please bring and show a valid photo ID. All audience members must be 18 years of age or older.
• There is also a security screening (metal detection process).

• We understand there are traffic delays, so please plan your travel accordingly. Ensure there’s enough time for you to arrive at the station with all the required validations.
• The Jason Show Staff will check you in with the shirt size you registered for.
• You will have time to change into your free shirt.

9:30AM-9:45AM: An Audience Coordinator will greet you and escort you to the studio.

10:00AM-11:00AM: Get ready for fun…you will be part of the LIVE studio audience of THE JASON SHOW!

4. Accommodations

• FOX 9 does have several handicap accessible spaces.
• While we can provide restrooms, please use the facilities before you arrive.
• Please note the studio is housed in an office building with regular business hours so please respect the FOX 9 employees who are working.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL AUDIENCE MEMBERS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
• All audience members must be 18 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required

5. Studio Policy

Cell phones are permitted but must be turned on silent during the live show.

Recording devices, digital equipment, backpacks, guns and sharp objects of any kind are not permitted inside the building.

Please do not bring any valuables with you to the station there is no secure storage area available.

KMSP FOX 9 cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

No smoking indoors or outside near the building doors. If you must smoke, please smoke in your vehicle.
