About this Event
Gorst Studios is delighted to offer a mindful plant design workshop in collaboration with Stefan Thomas, the founder of Tranquil Plants.
Kokedama is a form of Japanese plant design in which a plant is wrapped in moss, resulting in a sculptural art form. "Koke" means moss, and "dama" means ball in Japanese.
In a relaxing and collaborative environment and under Stefan's expert guidance, we invite you to slow down and uncover the secrets of the ancient Japanese art of Kokedama. The workshop will also teach you how to care for the plant and will conclude with a brief meditation that will bring you closer to nature.
You will leave the workshop with a stunning living sculpture, an inspiring experience to remember.
What’s included in the ticket price?
