John Antony and his friends Jose Viera, Gavin Reekie and Loup Bayle will be bringing you a night of original acoustic music from Tony Grove's Woodworking Studio on Gabriola Island, on the night of Saturday December 13th.For $25 you'll be hearing the original songs of John Antony with accompanying instruments including Lead Acoustic guitar, Double Bass, Saxophone and Percussion, as well as blended harmonies by a group of musicians who have been honing their craft for over three years together.
There will be 2 sets of 45 minutes, with the first live performance of the Jack Savage EP as set 1 and a mix of originals and well known covers for set 2.
This is a ticketed event with only 50 tickets on sale, so we encourage you to get a hold of yours fast. Tickets will only be available to purchase with cash, in person, from John Antony, Gavin Reekie and Jose Viera. Please direct message one of these three for ticket information.
The Grove is a large heated space but we do encourage attendees to bring their own blankets, folding chairs, beverages and snacks.
The proceeds for this show will be used to record and video The Jack Savage EP at Peach Can Studios here on Gabriola Island in early 2026. Although we are asking $25 per ticket for this event, we are graciously open to accepting any extra donations people would be willing to put towards the recording of this piece of art, with it being available to stream for free on all online platforms in the near future.
