This women-only Faith & Fitness gathering hosted by The ISI Life, Compound Fitness, and the Nourishing Nook, is designed to energize your body and uplift your spirit.

What to expect:

• 10-minute guided warm-up
• 30-minute full-body functional workout (all fitness levels welcome!)
• 15 minutes of sauna + stretching to recover and recharge

But it doesn’t stop there because after the workout, we've planned for a meaningful faith and fellowship ISI reflection, with snacks and beverages just down the street at the Nourishing Nook, hosted by The ISI Life. It’s the perfect space to connect, reflect, and build community with other women where strength meets sisterhood!
