The INVICTA Project Chili Cook Off

Bring your best chili recipe or come hungry for a little friendly competition in support of The INVICTA Project!
You can enter the cookoff for $50, or you can enjoy tasting and voting for your favorite dishes with a $20 tasting and voting kit. There will also be $10 tasting kits available.
All are welcome for a day of great food, community, and support for our veterans and first responders.
Rules:
- All chili must be made from scratch and cooked on-site beginning at 8 AM.
- Only raw ground chili meat or ground chuck is permitted. Finely chopped onions and peppers are allowed, but no fillers (beans, macaroni, rice, hominy, etc.).
- Commercial or prepackaged chili mixes are not permitted.
- Each team must prepare at least one 8-quart pot of chili.
- Contestants must provide their own cooking heat source and notify organizers in advance if power is needed.
- Pop-up tents are permitted and encouraged.
Tasting and voting run from noon to 2 PM. Tasting cups will be provided.
Awards will be announced at 2:30 PM.
