Sarah’s journey took her into the world of Michelin-starred restaurants including The French Laundry, Coi, and Benu. Along the way, she explored winemaking in Napa Valley, consulted for a luxury caviar brand, and even documented the Apollo Space Shuttle engines in a photography project.
Sarah then co-founded a fresh truffle brand, bringing transparency to a traditionally opaque industry. During the pandemic, she pivoted the business into online cooking classes, reaching 150,000 people and turning a challenging moment into massive growth. Her company, Truffle Shuffle, went from 3 employees to 50, appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show, and earned a Shark Tank deal with Mark Cuban for over $500,000.
Today, Sarah focuses on community impact, working with pediatric medical nonprofit Little Wishes, while continuing her personal passions: hiking with her Great Pyrenees, serving in EMS in Weld County, CO, and pursuing a nursing degree.
