We believe the answers you are searching for are already alive within you. Sometimes, all that is needed is a cultivated safe space to become still enough to hear them.
Together, we'll share ceremonial cacao to open the heart, settle into the healing frequencies of a crystal sound bowl bath, and receive Reiki energy healing in a peaceful and supportive environment. Every element of the evening has been intentionally woven together to create space for rest, release, reflection, and remembrance.
Whether you're navigating a season of transition, seeking clarity, longing for deeper connection, or simply feeling called to practice the pause, you are welcome exactly as you are. There is nothing to prove, nothing to perform, and nothing to earn.

Info: A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses the frequencies of crystal singing bowls to support relaxation and mindfulness. Reiki is a frequency of healing love and a form of energy healing that uses intentional touch or hands held above the body to take you from fight or flight and into rest and digest. It supports relaxation, balance, and your holistic well being. During this experience, you are invited to rest, receive, and allow the body, mind, and spirit to return to a more centered state. We will hold space for you to travel into a state of deep stillness where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the soul can simply receive. Let each vibration gently guide you back to the peace that has always been within you. The healing frequencies of the divine energy healing partnering with the frequencies of the sound healing will hold space for you to release what no longer serves you, return to the present moment, and reconnect with the ancient wisdom within.
