The Inner Science of Motivation through Meditation

Bask in the peace of your own mind. A retreat is a real gift to ourselves. We can give ourselves a vacation without leaving Brooklyn– a half day to really relax and quiet down the inner busyness and turmoil. 

On this mini-retreat, we will look at special techniques to move into the vast space of our heart. An experiential taste of this practice can be inspiring. We get a sense that real change is possible and feel rejuvenated about our life and meditation practice in general.
