The Inner Mujer Wellness Circle is an intentional, community-centered gathering created to offer women a space to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and one another through movement and collective care. This event will feature a 45-minute beginner-friendly Pilates class followed by 10–15 minutes of guided stretching, designed to focus on presence, embodiment, and connection.

This Wellness Circle will be held at Latrice Murphy Design & Photography in downtown Aurora, creating a welcoming and creative environment for movement and connection.

Hosted by Reyna and Anairis, founders of The Inner Mujer Project, this gathering will be guided by Fanny (@justbeingfanny). She will lead a Pilates class that emphasizes mindful movement, body awareness, and fun - not performance or intensity. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, modify as needed, and honor their bodies without pressure or comparison.

✨ This Wellness Circle’s focus:

Reconnection to self through movement and community. This event is a little different than our first Wellness Circle - instead of slowing down and reflecting, this one is about having fun, getting a good workout, and bringing in spring with movement and energy!

We’ll also be joined by TT Sweets (@ttsweetss), who creates custom-designed treats for all occasions. For this event, she will be offering items for purchase:

• Strawberry and blueberry parfaits $8

• Strawberry banana smoothies $10

• Fresh fruit bowls $6

Please be patient and mindful, as she will be taking each order individually.

This space is designed for women who are open-minded and curious about holistic living, embodied healing, and intentional community. The Inner Mujer Project honors intuition, reflection, and non-traditional approaches to healing while remaining grounded, respectful, and non-judgmental. Our gatherings may not resonate with everyone, and that is intentional.

The Inner Mujer Project is rooted in the belief that healing does not always need to be clinical, isolating, or rigid, and that community and embodied practices can be powerful forms of care. Reyna and Anairis are both licensed therapists, and while their professional backgrounds inform how space is held, this gathering is not a therapy group or clinical session, but a community-based wellness experience.

Attendees are responsible for bringing their own mat and any additional props they may need. Comfortable clothing and water bottles are encouraged.

This is a non-judgmental space. Any disrespectful behavior or bullying will result in being kindly asked to leave.

Please note: Tickets are first come, first served, and tickets will be checked at the door. This is a private event, and only ticketed guests will be allowed to join.
