The Inner Mujer Café Circle is an intentional, community-centered gathering created to offer women a space to connect, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation in a relaxed café setting. This is not a workshop or lecture, but a guided circle where presence, dialogue, and connection are the focus.

Hosted by Reyna and Anairis, founders of the Inner Mujer Project, each gathering is guided by thoughtful conversation prompts rooted in emotional awareness, nervous system care, womanhood, spirituality, ancestral wisdom, and community. Participants are invited to share at their own comfort level, listen openly, and be present without pressure to perform, fix, or explain themselves. This month's topic is:

"What You’re Carrying Into This New Year - Whether You Want To or Not"

This space is designed for women who are open-minded and curious about personal development, holistic ways of living, spirituality, and embodied healing. The Inner Mujer Café Circle is a “woo-woo” space in the sense that it honors intuition, reflection, and non-traditional approaches to healing, while remaining grounded, respectful, and non-judgmental. This gathering may not resonate with everyone, and that is intentional.

The Inner Mujer Café Circle is rooted in the belief that healing does not always need to be clinical, isolating, or rigid, and that community itself can be a powerful form of care. Reyna and Anairis are both licensed therapists, and through their clinical work they deeply understand that therapy is not accessible to everyone and is not always the only path to healing. While their professional backgrounds inform how space is held, this gathering is not a therapy group or a clinical session. Rather, it is a community-based space for connection, reflection, and shared humanity. Whether you come to speak, listen, or simply sit in shared space, you are welcome as you are.

This gathering is intended to be a monthly recurring series, with locations varying from month to month. Each Inner Mujer Café Circle will continue to center connection, reflection, and collective care.

Tickets are donation-based, meaning you may contribute whatever amount feels right for you. Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own coffee or food; we encourage you to review the café menu ahead of time to ensure options align with your preferences and any dietary restrictions or allergies.

This is a non-judgmental space. Any disrespectful behavior or bullying will result in being kindly asked to leave.

Please note: This is an intentional, small gathering with only 10 tickets available. Attendance is first come, first served, and tickets will be checked at the door.

While this is a public café, the room is reserved exclusively for the Inner Mujer Café Circle. Only those with tickets will be allowed to join the circle.

Info: 12:00–12:30 PM | Arrival & Settling In
Guests arrive, get comfortable, and grab a beverage or snack of their choice from the café.

12:30–1:30 PM | Café Circle Session
The circle officially begins. Guests are invited to participate at their own comfort level—whether speaking, listening, or simply being present in the shared space.

1:30–2:00 PM | Reflection & Closing
The session winds down. Guests are encouraged to take a moment to reflect on their experience, connect with others, or simply enjoy the remaining time in the circle.
