Healing House & Gardens and Herbal Rootz Formulary invite you to gather beneath the Full Moon for The Inner Garden—an evening to reflect, release, and reclaim.

Rooted in the healing power of gardens, clinical herbal wisdom, movement, and community, we’ll explore practices that help you better understand the connections between your body, your habits, and your health while supporting holistic well-being.

Reflect with a thoughtfully curated herbal tea journey and guided Full Moon reflection, deepening your awareness of the connections between your body, your habits, and your health.

Release through gentle hip-opening somatics and Floor Twerk 101, letting go of shame, self-judgment, and limiting beliefs while reconnecting with your body through joyful movement.

Reclaim your connection to yourself through nature, meaningful conversation, and the healing power of community.

Nestled in the lush gardens of Healing House & Gardens, we’ll gather outdoors surrounded by nature. Rain or shine, if the weather has other plans, we’ll simply move the gathering indoors.

Every woman. Every age. Every body. Every level of experience is welcome.

Because we believe some experiences are most meaningful when they’re shared in an intimate setting, space is intentionally limited to encourage genuine connection.
