The Inner Check-In: A Practice of Self-Connection
About this Event
Before we can communicate compassionately with others, we need to learn how to listen compassionately to ourselves.
The Inner Check-In is a gentle, interactive practice that uses feelings and needs as a pathway into greater self-awareness. Through guided reflection and Connection Cards, you’ll slow down, notice what is present, and explore what your emotions may be trying to tell you.
Rather than fixing, analyzing, or judging your experience, you’ll practice meeting yourself with curiosity and care. This simple process can help you feel more grounded, make clearer choices, recognize what needs attention, and respond to life with greater intention.
Come as you are. You do not need to be feeling calm, clear, or particularly insightful. The practice begins with whatever is true for you today.
