This session works through the beliefs shaped by stress, conditioning, and family history that push you into overdoing, overriding your needs, or disconnecting from your own signals.
We also work at the emotional level. Releasing the old emotional imprints your body has been holding onto long after the moment passed. These stored responses often keep the body acting as if the threat is still present, even when your mind knows it isn’t.
By shifting the programming and clearing the emotional residue attached to it, the body finally has permission to follow, instead of bracing, tightening, or crashing.
