What is The Richh Urban Project?

The Richh Urban Project is a privately funded community initiative dedicated to empowering young girls, ages 9-19, as they transition into adulthood. Our mission is to equip young ladies with the tools, resources, and confidence needed to succeed in grade school, college, the workforce, and life.

Through mentorship, education, and community support, we help young ladies step into their next season prepared and empowered and we do so through various projects in different parts of the city, that engage using educational, fun, and uplifting events!
